The situation in Poland regarding Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery

Deputy Director of the Polish National Police, Irmina Gołębiewska, talks about the challenge to overcome trafficking and modern slavery in Poland.

Polish victims are trafficked primarily to the UK, Holland and Belgium.

Law enforcement takes a collaborative approach with the Church. Police work to raise awareness of these crimes with the most vulnerable - young people, students and the unemployed.
