There's a unique day of reflection and training taking place in London on 8 April focusing on the areas of palliative care, bereavement, loss, intellectual disabilities and spirituality.
The Kairos Forum and L'Arche UK have jointly organised the event to offer inclusive approaches to these key subjects and to offer spiritual support to those who share in the lives of people who have an intellectual disability.
Professor John Swinton and Dr Irene Tuffrey, both international experts in this important and sensitive work, come together to merge theory and practice so as to, enable accompaniment as we “Celebrate Life in the Face of Death”.
